Hey there, hi there, ho there!

Welcome and thank you so much for stopping by! My name is Shonika Proctor aka The Nika’Nator (demolishing doubt and building dreams for teen entrepreneurs). I am the Lead "Teen Biz Coach" for the Renegade CEO’s although most days I definitely feel more like ‘The Water Girl’ :)

As a ‘Teen Biz Coach’ my sole focus is ensuring that my teens start and own their life . I affirm this by:

The Renegade CEO’s (branded by Patricio Quezada & defined by our teens) refers to a movement, a culture, an incubator and an un’company filled with a mashup of teens in the U.S. and abroad (14+ countries) who are creatives, inventors, ‘artistes’, activists and writers that have an innovative and entrepreneurial spirit. We are a small group ‘relatively’ speaking in comparison to many of the organizations out there who work with teens. However, from Day 1 we have instilled an extremely deep rooted foundation where teens ‘lead the way and lead with play’ which means they can ‘Simply Be’ (themselves). They are encouraged early on to ‘Claim and Own Their Space’ and be driven by their internal compass which ALWAYS points Due North. Once they have have come into ‘their power’- they are responsive, accountable, fearless and continuously inspired.

Renegade Teens do not see entrepreneurship as a mindset, a course, or a class, but as a level of consciousness . Meaning, they LIVE IT in order to learn it and realize that it deeply impacts their ultimate quality of life regardless if they decide to start a business or work for someone else. As a result we have been able to fill a huge void in the youth and teen space in terms of having an inspirational and supportive ‘world’ that continuously evokes the Law of Acceleration and ignites innovative, entrepreneurial and collaborative teens.

Here are a Few of my Teen’s Highlights (since Apr 2008):

Click on the ‘Teens’ Page from our drop down menu to discover all the groovy services we provide to teens who participate in our program.

It might seem overwhelming to think of how one person can handle all this, but I surely cannot take all the credit- we have a fabulous support team (tech, creative, administrative and zen) and a tremendous network of collaborative partners that include 350+ youth organizations across the globe. While our primary focus is nurturing and supporting aspiring and emerging teen entrepreneurs, our work and our mission is so much greater.

If you have read through some of our blog posts and checked out some of the resources you will realize that our site is not only geared for teen entrepreneurs but also for those who support them and work in entrepreneurship and youth centric organizations. To date, our products, services and programs have impacted over 12,500 youth in the the U.S. and more than 14 countries abroad. We have also designed and developed program concepts, branding concepts and co-produced events for organizations (public and private sector) in the U.S. and abroad.

If you would lke to connect with me personally, please use the contact form on the menu bar and the message will find it’s way to me or scroll down below to find me through many of the major social networks.
