Global Partners for Innovative Teen Entrepreneurs is the brainchild of Shonika Proctor, a Washington, DC based Experiential Program Strategist and the Founder of Group Interactive, Inc. Global Partners… is an Association that was created to fill a major void left in the marketplace: lack of experiential, innovative AND entrepreneurial programs that exist for today’s technologically savvy and visionary teenagers. Travel the world over and you will find few if any programs that encompass all 3 components and fully encourage teens to lead the way AND lead with ‘play’.

If it takes a village to raise a child, Shonika would be considered the ‘Village Architect’ and as it currently stands, her teen proteges are building, leading and raising each other. Henceforth, the mission of the Global Partners… organization is to bring independent youth organizations together from the U.S. and abroad to collaborate and develop more progressive & experiential programs that engage and empower today’s teenagers. Otherwise, teens just may be taking over and leading your organizations sooner than you think.

Any for or non profit corporation that supports independent and visionary young people needs to become a member today ($99/YR). Members receive the following:

About Shonika & Her Teens:

Having ‘officially’ launched on the scene April 30, 2008, Shonika has managed to break socioeconomic boundaries, country borders and the invisible hierarchial barriers that often exists between adults and youth to firmly place her finger on the pulse of society- ‘innovative teen entrepreneurs’.  Her coaching techniques and strategies to connect with teens are unique to her and for a limited time only she is going to open up her world.

Some of the initiatives her proteges are involved in:

• A 15 year old who created a program using alternative healing techniques for ADD/ADHD and Autistic children through natural horsemanship and equine assisted activities
• A 19 year old who designs silicon nitrate ceramic bearings for skateboards
• A 16 year old who developed an Intellectual Property and Anti-Piracy Program for Teens
• A 15 year old advocate developing better protocols for foster care
• A 12 year old designing Pit Motocross Bikes
