Teens don’t need to be helped-

…but they want to be empowered!

There are many organizations (primarily faith based and non profits) working with youth, teens and young people without a doubt. But the focus of many of these organizations is helping teens.  Teens don’t want to be helped. They want to be empowered. They need to be provided with tools, resources and an open road so that they can both  ’succeed and fail’ on their own resolve. In turn they will gain real life experience and self-confidence.

1. Living your dream is about moving in sync with your own reality. Good things happen to everyone. And bad things happen to everyone. Improving one’s life and ultimately achieving success has nothing to do with a high grade point average or having lived a super straight and narrow life without ‘fault’. Entrepreneurs think independently than the majority and for some people entrepreneurship is considered ‘deviant’ (bad) in itself.

2. Rated R for Renegade. This is not a G Rated shop.  Many of our teens have (or are) overcoming tremendous hardships and entrepreneurship and seeking their independence and self-sufficiency in many ways doubles as their living therapy.

3. Teens are provided an equal platform to their adults peers.  They are encouraged and empowered to take up public speaking; they interview industry experts via teleseminars and blog radio shows; they write and publish their own books; they create their own brands; and they serve as a resource for their local media so that they can get their message out in their own words.

While we cannot re-write our story from the beginning we can start from today and write a new ending.   Teens from all walks of life at any level of entrepreneurship are encouraged to get in contact with us so that we may explore the possibilities of fully acting on one’s dream!
