Each and everyone of them plays a valued and tremendous leadership role in the Renegade CEO’s many initiatives and partnerships in the U.S. and abroad. Additionally, they are aware of the integral role that teen entrepreneurs play in our organization and are humble when taking direction from our sometimes overzealous teens

Shonika Proctor, Founder
Shonika is a bad girl…with good intentions. Through the eyes of most parents she’s generally misunderstood, but by their teens respectfully, she’s often Miss Understood. Since 2005 she has been empowering youth & teen entrepreneurs to confidently break through mental, social and emotional barriers everyday in every way.
Shonika brings to the table more than a dozen years in technical wireless support and training so she is used to working in an an environment of constant change. She has a knack for quickly adapting to and mastering new trends, technologies and various personality types 
…brouhaha. Note: She also has a dark sense of humor….so she finds that working with teens is a breeze. She is a published author, co-creator with her teens of the Teen C.E.O. Blueprint and a National TV Business Commentator on the highly acclaimed PBS Nightly Business Report (aired in 250+ cities and viewed by more than half a million viewers daily).
So What is it That She Does?
Shonika is Prompting the Emerging Voice through her experiential program development. Using her avant-garde style of coaching she assists teens in discovering and manifesting their raw talents so that they can fulfill their unihibited dreams through a journey she calls the “Infinite Expedition”.
How Does She Do It?
She encourages teens to lead the way and lead the way. She coaches teens using a custom branded ‘experiential’ curriculum she co-developed with them. The curriculum and her program focuses on cultivating the “entrepreneurial mindset” meaning it teaches entrepreneurial skills that are suitable for both entrepreneurship and workforce development. Shonika’s belief is that having an entrepreneurial mindset is not a different approach of thinking, but in fact the only approach to thinking. It is this mindset or lack thereof that determines one’s ultimate quality of life (community, academic and social) regardless of whether or not one chooses to work for oneself or others.
Carmen Dawson, Emerging Markets Enthusiast
Carmen Dawson, is the Founder and Mastermind behind AdVanz LLC and is an ‘Entrepreneurship Enthusiast’. Carmen brings high energy, a progressive social mission, extensive network and tremendous sensitivity and love to the Renegade CEO’s with a focus on niche (and often overlooked) emerging markets i.e. disenfranchised youth, veterans, green tech and the mentally disabled to name a few. He has an incredible knack for uncovering hidden talents and opportunities and then bringing all the resources to the forefront. Hence, he creates the magic that transpires in both our strategic and beneficiary partners.
Carmen is the visionary behind our UnleashYou! Joint Venture which is a 21st century development strategy and national awareness initiative for niche emerging (underserved) markets. UnleashYou! leverages information and communication technology and best of of breed practictioners to educate individuals on the meaning, value and application of an entrepreneurial mindset while paralleling financial literacy with real time innovative earning opportunities in both entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship. Carmen prides himself on possessing a broad understanding of the symbiosis that exists within diverse political, intellectual and business environments.
Tonietta Wheatle, Global Program Strategist
Wheatle Peart, founded by Tonietta Wheatle is a social consulting business that helps businesses become socially responsible through assisting them in implementing and/or expanding economic development projects. Their primary focus is related to the following fields: “Green” or Environment Awareness and Preservation, Technology, Agriculture, Low Income Housing, Education, Disaster or Economic Relief, Youth/Adult Development, and Health.
Wheatle Peart plays an invaluable role in being able to support the Renegade CEO’s with the program design, project management, fundraising and metrics tracking and overall affiliate management for their strategic and beneficiary partners in the U.S. and abroad.
Maureen O’Crean, Publicist
Harvard educated Maureen O’Crean, M.B.A. has a golden touch. With over 20 years of results to her credit, Maureen has generated and raised millions in the non profit and public sectors. An expert in Internet Marketing and Women’s Issues, Maureen has her hand on the pulse of business owners today and their priorities: in life and their wallets.
Maureen is also the biggest cheerleader and Publicist for the Renegade CEO’s. She handles all of the media correspondence, story leads and pitches at the local, national and international level.
Juan Jose Uribe, Lead Translator
Juan is the Renegade CEO’s ’secret weapon’ …I guess not anymore He is responsible for the creation and execution of all the multi-lingual content and products. Indeed Juan’s worldly personality and charm makes him a stranger with a familiar face to all who are lucky to cross paths with him. His range of talents that he brings to the Renegade CEO’s and valued international partners is unbelievable. Not to mention he is perfectly balanced. On the left brained side he is an Engineer by training, holds a dual degree in Electrical and Industrial Engineering and has expertise in both mathematic and computer ‘everything’, lol. And on the right brained side he speaks 3 languages fluently, is an accomplished pencil artists and an avid lover of comic books and classic kitschy Americana Pop Culture. How could you not love this guy? Isn’t he so cool?
Additionally, we have a team of over 25 dedicated virtual assistants able to provide support to us at any given moment with a wide range of administrative, logistical, technical and/or creative projects.
Patricio Quezada, 18, Hispanics Learn (2009 National Spokesperson -Elect)
Beyond his day to day duties as the CEO and Creative Director of Hispanics Learn, Patricio Quezada (A Renegade CEO since 2007) is the fun and energetic personality who serves as the Renegade CEO’s National Spokesperson-Elect. His position officially starts in August 2009 when our present National Spokesperson, Daniel Uribe, will turn 20 years old. Patricio is originally from the Dominican Republic and his ‘chispa’ (Hispanic term given to his fun way of life and living) along with his passion for supporting other young entrepreneurs, listening and engaging his adult counterparts and his sincere goodwill fully embodies the culture and the way of life of a true down to Earth Renegade CEO.
And WHO is he again?…
Patricio Quezada is the Founder of Hispanics Learn, a bilingual technology training company geared towards bridging the Digital Divide. He is also a public speaker, an advocate and the author of The Bilingual Computer Handbook. Patricio has been featured on CNN, CBS.com, Washington Business Journal and in other major media outlets.
While Patricio is always on the up and up, reality is he has walked to ’the line’ and been in that uncomfortable place that many teens often approach as they transition out of childhood and into young adulthood. Ask him to describe himself in one word and he would respond ‘determined’. Like most young people he has had to over overcome his fair share of struggles and hardships and each time he has evolved a stronger and better person. Patricio is a very real person and is touchable and approachable and believes that no matter how busy life gets you can never have too many cool and supportive friends!
