On today’s episode of Renegade Teens Radio, Host Patricio Quezada, CEO of HispanicsLearn chats with Bradley Will, That Gen Y Guy. Bradley Will is the Ultimate Go-Giver and Founder of Social Media Altitude. He blogs about his adventures in living the ‘good’ life with his up and coming young entrepreneurs on BradleyWill.com .

As it was a small miracle in itself getting Bradley lined up to be interviewed on the show in between his co-hosting the YES Movie Screening in Chi-Town (Chicago) and being featured on Rise to the Top TV, we are definitely going to make the most of our precious one hour with him. As Renegade Teens believe that 21 is technically ‘old’ by today’s standards, inquiring minds want to know how someone who is age 27 could possibly be considered a ‘young’ entrepreneur and how can any movie before 1990 be considered ‘inspirational and entrepreneurial’ to today’s ‘truly’ young entrepreneurs? :)

Get informed firsthand and be entertained as Bradley brings his midwest charm and Patricio adds his Hispanic Chispa. As always, we are looking forward to your participation and seeing what new adventures will evolve from this episode. Tune into the show tonight at 6 pm EST. www.blogtalkradio.com/RenegadeTeens

From being selected as a National TV Business Commentator for a show that reaches over a half million viewers daily to being chosen as the subject of a documentary that will reach in the millions of viewers- the past few weeks have brought a whirlwind of incredible news, amazing partnerships, international recognition and tremendous opportunities for the Renegade CEO’s and emerging Teen Entrepreneurs across the globe.

To the most amazing business coach who has helped me from nothing to everything and understands me. Devon Landers, 19, CEO, TexasCrawlers.com @DevonLanders on Twitter

Inquiries, questions, well-wishes and nastygrams ;-) gotta love them- have come from all over the place, from teens and adults, new and long-time friends, organizations and family, all asking me about my journey to this point and wanting to know how I got the ‘Golden Touch’. So what is this experience in the limelight all about and how does it feel? My teens have been famous for a long time so I have learned to live vicariously through them. Needless to say the question inspired me to write a post today about ‘Growing Up Renegade’.

BLOG CLIFF NOTES (Since I know I can sometimes be long-winded, tee hee he):

So how does it feel to be in the spotlight?

Just like it feels sitting at the conference table when you enter a new partnership- one person is looking at you with a big grin and thinking ‘we love these guys because they bring a fresh voice’ and another person is looking at you with a big grin and thinking ‘we love these guys because the real pundits are going to have them for lunch.’

Alas, it’s the same as it ever was….

Entrepreneurship is not a course or a class, but a level of consciousness. Therefore, in order to learn it you must first LIVE IT.

The 7 Habits of Highly Successful Linked In Members was shared with us today by Teen Entrepreneur, Patricio Quezada of HispanicsLearn.com who was recently featured on Hispanic Entrepreneur [Congrats, btw].

I think the tips are useful for teen entrepreneurs especially those who are new to Linked In. Although I have to admit it is difficult to personally write back to every single person who responds to a question from you. Kudos to hard core LI folks like “Relo Mary” and “Tim Tym” who get a serious amount of inquiries to their questions and posts and have the focus and time to do that.

The article itself was written by Randy Schrum who runs the blog ‘Success With Linked In’.

Until next time kids…remember that a true Renegade CEO challenges not the limits of society, but the limits of oneself.

Today is Canada Day…So Happy Birthday Canada! And in 3 days in the U.S. we will celebrate Independence Day. I thought it was timely to write about this today because earlier today Patricio and I spoke to an entrepreneurship class filled with enthusiastic 14-16 year olds at the William E. Doar Jr. Public Charter School in NE Washington, DC.

We were inspired by the youth who attended the school. It is a performing arts school and even though we didn’t get to see them doing their ‘individual talents’, it’s just the whole energy and culture that surrounds creative young people who are confident, comfortable and glad to be ’different’ or ’individualistic’. The class was attentive and they asked lots of introspective questions. To give you some idea of how much they were into it, we were scheduled to be there for 30-45 min and we ended up staying there for over 2 hours!!! We even got a chance to do some laser coaching sessions and without any prior preparation or knowing that we would be doing that, everyone came up with some really great ideas.  We definitely hope some if not all of them we worked with today will actually pursue some of the ideas that they shared (and in the very near future).

This is how the life of an entrepreneur jump starts….fearlessly being YOU everyday in every way. Realize you have something special and of value to offer the world today that is truly unique to you. So don’t be afraid to OWN it!

Big thanks to Jamila White, The Ecommerce Diva (@ecommercediva on Twitter) for sharing the speaking opportunity with us. And also to Monique Riviere, the entrepreneurship teacher who hosted us today. Last but not least many thanks to all the young people who asked questions, sat in the ‘hot seat’ and openly participated in the presentation today. We appreciate your enthusiasm and are grateful to have had the chance to meet you all and share with you today!

Until next time…

remember that a true renegade ceo challenges not the limits of society….but the limits of oneself.

You could do better if you knew better….know what I am sayin’? It’s all about being present! I know that some folks in the world frown upon teens having their say, but in the world of the Renegade CEO’s it is very much encouraged. You are not inconviencing me. By supporting you, I grow as well. I hear from Patricio Quezada every single week because he wants to be looped on everything that is going on in the world of teen entrepreneurs and he wants to make sure I am looped with what is going on in his world. Whether he tweets me on Twitter, sends me an email, connects with me on skype, writes on my wall on Facebook or places a phone call I know I am going to hear from him.

So I guess it is no wonder he has been able to quickly act on every opportunity that has come about over recent months and as a result has been able to enjoy $2,995 complimentary admission & scholarship to Serial Internet Entrepreneur and Self Made Millionaire’s Yanik Silver’s Underground 5 Online Marketing Seminar, where he got to network with the likes of Bob Parsons, CEO of GoDaddy.com and Tony Hsieh, Founder of Zappos.com. Then an article was picked up about him in the Washington Business Journal Newspaper. A month later he was interviewing one of his idols, Toilet Paper Entrepreneur, Mike Michalowicz and in the past 2 weeks he has been featured on CNN (see clip above), in a photo shoot for a National Campaign for Teen Entrepreneurs and requested for paid speaking and workshop gigs (outside of his hometown) this summer.

We get media, sponsorship and strategic partnership requests ON THE REGULAR so if you are an aspiring or emerging teen entrepreneur let me hear from you regardless of what stage of business you are in- conceptual or operational! I am here to support you.

You already know your potential, now you just need to fearlessly grow into it.

Continue to elevate.
