		<description>Thanks for an excellent post. So many people seem to fail as entrepreneurs because they do not have an entrepreneurial mindset. Most recently I have been interested in the great movement of Baby Boomers from corporations into a new form of semi-retirement that involves becoming entrepreneurs. Your advice is excellent, especially the point of running to something rather than running away from something. I will share your thoughts as much as I can.
