This announcement comes courtesy of Lisa Rawlings of the Hillman Entrepreneurs Program:

The Hillman Entrepreneurs Program is very excited to be hosting an event that brings two nationally known experts to our campus to headline an all-day entrepreneurship conference — billionaire entrepreneur Don Peebles (http://peeblescorp.com/) and renowned scholar and public intellectual Dr. Michael Eric Dyson (http://www.michaelericdyson.com).  The event is called Entre-Ed Business Conference 2008 and it is being held on Friday, September 19th at the Prince George’s Community College Queen Anne Auditorium.

This is an all-day event, with workshops beginning at 9:00, 10:00 and 11:00 in Queen Anne featuring prominent business leaders with the keynote speakers appearing at 2:00pm. Tickets can be purchased at: http://entrepreneur.books.officelive.com/default.aspx. $10 for students/teachers; $25 general public; or at the door for $35. If you would like to help by volunteering at the event, please contact the organizer, Kenetta Wayne-Wright, Founder and CEO of Wayne-Wright Promotions, at
(contact me for her phone #). We are very pleased to be hosting this event and hope that many of you will be able to attend.
